Membership benefits

Once you have logged in click on the "My account" link on your personal menu (left column). You will see your profile details and the default image allocated to you.

Click "Edit" at the top of your profile.

On this page you can now update any account information including adding a profile image. If the image you try to use is larger then the dimensions listed it will be automatically resized.

You will also see a link at the top of your profile called "Personal information". Click on this link and you can update your additional information.

Once you have logged in click on "Members listing" link on your personal menu (left column). You will see the current list of members with the company they work for and their position.

You can either click on the "Send message" link on the right of the users listing or click on their name. This second option will give you more information about the user and also contains a "Send this user a message" link at the bottom of their profile.

You will need to be a registered TIN Premium member (Insurer) or Advanced member (Assistance company) to get a discount for the conferences.

To receive your discount simply log in and select the conference you wish to attend. The price listed will already include your discount. You then just need to proceed through checkout as normal.

*If you wish to become a full TIN member and receive conference discounts (Insurers & Assistance companies) please do so before registering for the conference.

Support

For security reasons our one-time log in emails are only valid for 24 hours, at which point they expire.

This isn't a problem however as you will be given an option to input your registered email address and have another one-time log in email sent to you. This should arrive in your in-box in a matter of minutes. You then just need to click the link and follow the on screen instructions.
